Our Safe Harbor Day Program is one of the leading Behavioral Health Centers in
the State of West Virginia. Safe Harbor offers services provided by the Title
XIX MR/DD Waiver Program. The Day Program offers the opportunity for clients
receiving MR/DD Waiver services to enhance or maintain independent living
skills, while engaging in a variety of Community based activities.

We are a Behavioral Health Facility licensed by the State of West Virginia
serving the adult population ages 18 years or older.
Safe Harbor:
Community based program for individuals with mental retardation, and
developmental disabilities. We are funded under the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver
Program. If you are interested in private pay, please call for further details.
Intergenerational/Service Learning:
Provides linkage to individuals 18 years and older for beneficial services.
Transportation:
Services are available for Day Program clients. Call 348-0726 to make
transportation arrangements.
